Patricia de Guzman

Patricia De Guzman has been with DFI Retail Group since October 2018, currently serving as an Analyst Programmer in IT Service Management (ITSM). Key responsibilities include configuring the BMC Helix ticketing tool and engaging in process design, configurations, and integrations. Patricia has previously held roles in Senior ITSM and ITSM, focusing on ticketing tool updates, complex configurations, and client-facing tasks. Earlier experience includes an internship at Caloocan City Hall, where Patricia contributed to the analysis, development, and testing of vital systems for the City Planning and Development Department. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies Major in Computer Science from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
