Torron Iveson's work experience begins in 2016 as a Formula 1 Race Coach at Lets Race. In 2018, they joined Lidl GB's Management Development Programme, where they held various management positions and collaborated with department heads on new projects. In 2020, Torron worked at SaaSLeads.io as a Sales Development Representative, then progressed to the role of SDR Team Lead & Coach, and finally served as an Account Executive. In 2021, they started their own coaching business, providing coaching and management support to Sales Development teams in various SaaS businesses. Torron's current work experience includes being an Angel Investor at Jointflows and a member of The User Syndicate, an investment community for angel investors in the UK tech community. Additionally, they are a Sales Development Coach at MySalesCoach and a Wellbeing & Engagement Consultant at YuLife, where they advise businesses on the right strategy to improve financial, mental, and physical wellbeing.

Torron Iveson completed their primary and secondary education at Cheam High School from 2008 to 2013. Torron then attended Cheam High School Sixth Form from 2013 to 2015. Torron Iveson further pursued higher education at Canterbury Christ Church University from 2015 to 2018, earning a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB). Additionally, they obtained a Sales Loft University End User Certification from SalesLoft in September 2020.
