Beth Kluge

Beth Kluge has over 35 years of experience in sales. Beth began their career in 1986 as Vice President of Sales at Bimbo Bakeries USA. Beth then moved to Hostess Brands in 2009 as Vice President of Sales-National Accounts, where they increased sales by 6% and leading retailer by 16%. In 2010, they became Vice President of Sales at Charter Baking Company, where they took the company from $30MM to $63MM in 4 years. In 2014, they joined The Hain Celestial Group as Senior Director of Sales, where they led a team of 5 direct reports and 63 direct Hain sales reps. In 2015, they moved to King Arthur Flour Company as Vice President of Sales, where they were part of the senior team with joint CEO's/VP's that set strategy for the company. In 2017, they joined Birch Benders Micro-Pancakery® as Vice President of Sales, where they helped grow the company to exit to Sovos Brands after 3 1/2 years. Beth exceeded the goal of 17X revenue growth over three years, reaching 15X, while also increasing EBITDA. In 2021, they joined Serenity Kids as Vice President of Sales.

Beth Kluge received their Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, with a focus in Business & Marketing. Beth then went on to receive their Master's degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in Business Administration.
