Heather L. Soots

Heather L. Soots is the COO & Co-Founder of MyShyft. Heather has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on senior living communities. Heather began their career as an Executive Director at Trilogy Health Services, LLC in 2006. In this role, they were responsible for managing the overall operations of a 128-unit continuum campus that included skilled nursing & rehab, assisted living, and independent living units. In 2009, Heather became the Executive Director at American Senior Communities, where they managed the overall operations of a 131-unit licensed assisted living community. In 2012, Heather joined Hearth Management as their Regional Vice President of Operations for the Midwest/Southeast region. In this role, they oversaw and supported community operations and occupancy development in six freestanding licensed assisted living communities in Indiana and Tennessee. Heather left Hearth Management in 2019 to pursue their current role as COO & Co-Founder of MyShyft.

Heather L. Soots earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Florida.

Their manager is Steven C. Martin, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Clifton A. Dennis - Chief Legal Officer & Co-Founder, Praseeda Govindadas - Chief Experience Officer & Co-founder, and Patrick Monahan - CTO & Co-Founder.
