Douglas Resmini Balena

Douglas Resmini Balena has worked for a variety of companies since 2007. Douglas began their career as an intern for Bosch China in 2007. In 2009, they joined Saint-Gobain Abrasives as a Trainee, and eventually worked their way up to Central Controlling Manager for South America and South America Controlling Coordinator. In 2013, they became Plant Controller for Brazil at Energizer, and in 2014 they became Controller - Brazil Operations at Endurance International Group / HostGator Brazil. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as Operations Director and Director of Finance and Administration at Resultados Digitais. Most recently, they served as Co-founder of MySide in 2019.

Douglas Resmini Balena obtained a Professional Master (Stricto Sensu) in Business Strategy from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa between 2011 and 2013. Douglas also obtained a Major in Business Administration from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina between 2004 and 2008, and a Major in Economic Science from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina between 2003 and 2006.
