Luciano Costa

Luciano Costa is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in property development and sales. As Co-Founder of imobles since January 2019, Luciano Costa has contributed to the growth of the company. Previously, as Diretor de Desenvolvimento and Socio SPEs at Grupo Proeng S.A from January 2013 to March 2015, responsibilities included overseeing new property developments in Goiás, Minas Gerais, and Tocantins, conducting feasibility studies, and managing sales team training and launch strategies. Luciano Costa also founded and served as President of Luciano Costa Realty International from February 2008 to September 2012, successfully selling over 4,000 properties to Brazilian immigrants abroad. Prior to that, as President of Century 21 MetroWest from January 2002 to April 2008, Luciano Costa focused on the real estate market in the U.S., building sales teams and establishing a real estate licensing school.
