Manager of Customer Success at mySidewalk

Dana Greiner has held various roles in the customer success and project management fields since 2007. In 2007, they worked as an Institutional Research & Planning at Enterprise State Community College, where they reported on all College data and information as requested. In 2008, they worked as an Editor/Writer and Project Manager at Safety Research Corporation of America, where they provided substantive editing and copywriting of documents, manuals and handbooks for Department of Defense, US Government (including FAA and NIST) and civilian military contractors. In 2011, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at CivicPlus, where they served as Project Lead for a production team dedicated to delivering citizen-centric, engaging and informative municipal websites. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Development Executive at mySidewalk by MindMixer, where they fulfilled the vision of providing a simple, intuitive and amazing experience for our civic customers and clients. In 2016, they worked as a Manager of Everwise Mentoring and Experience Manager at Everwise, where they connected professionals to the people, feedback and resources they needed to thrive at every stage of their career. Finally, in 2018, they worked as a Manager of Customer Success and Senior Customer Development Manager, and Customer Development Manager at mySidewalk, where they aided in developing the customer success strategy and end-to-end customer journey, and led a high-performing team to serve, retain, and grow mySidewalk’s customer partnerships.

Dana Greiner obtained a BA in Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1992 and 1996. Dana also attended Imperial College London for Liberal Arts, though no degree was obtained.
