Zahra AlHarazi-Schmidt

Zahra AlHarazi-Schmidt is the Founder and CEO of My Skillit, a position held since December 2017. Concurrently, Zahra serves as an International Keynote Speaker for Speakers' Spotlight since January 2012. Past roles include serving on the National Advisory Council for The Walrus from November 2018 to November 2020, acting as a Strategic Advisor for Purpose and Culture at Deloitte Canada from April to December 2019, and being a member of the Board of Directors for the Global Transportation Hub from January 2017 to September 2019. Additionally, Zahra was a Canadian Ambassador for UNICEF Canada from March 2015 to June 2019, CEO, founder, and creative director at Foundry Communications Inc. from September 2006 to December 2017, and a Senior Consultant for RBC from November 2015 to May 2016. Involvement in the Entrepreneurs' Organization included roles as a member of the Global Communications Committee and Director of Global Communications from May 2012 to May 2016, as well as serving as Board Director for Make-A-Wish Canada from April 2013 to April 2016.
