Jodie Reuter has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jodie is currently working at Mysolution as a Teamlead People & Culture, where they have been since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Jr. People & Culture Adviseur at the same company from November 2021 to July 2022.
Before joining Mysolution, Jodie worked at Roche Diagnostics Nederland from 2018 to 2021. Jodie started as an HR Intern in September 2018 and later took on the role of HR Support from February 2019 to February 2020. In February 2020, they began their role as a People & Culture Officer, where they focused on the onboarding experience for new hires and People Leaders. Jodie also completed their thesis on this subject and successfully graduated. Their time at Roche Diagnostics Nederland ended in July 2021.
During their time at Roche Diagnostics Nederland, Jodie also had a role outside of the company as the Secretary & Treasurer of Kavelwegvereniging Warmoesstraat. In this position, they were involved in setting up parcel roads in Almere Oosterwold from March 2020 to July 2020.
Jodie's work experience also includes a role as a Bakery Employee at Albert Heijn from August 2017 to March 2019, an HR Intern at Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam BV from February 2018 to June 2018, and an Assistant Manager at Flying Tiger the Netherlands from January 2016 to June 2016.
Prior to these roles, Jodie gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Jodie held various positions at Radisson, including working in small restaurants, exclusive hotels in Belgium and China, and as a hostess, from January 2010 to May 2016.
Jodie Reuter obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Rotterdam Business School from the years 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they received a certification in Propedeuse HRM from Rotterdam Business School in September 2016. From 2010 to 2014, Jodie attended Zadkine and earned a degree in Horeca Management/Ondernemer.
