Silvia Marcela Carreño Moreno

Silvia Marcela Carreño Moreno has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Silvia Marcela started their career in 2015 as a Babysitter with Cultural Care Au Pair. In 2016, they worked as a Commercial Agent at On Vacation Hoteles, where they focused on increasing sales profit and maintaining a high customer retention rate. Silvia Marcela then joined Accedo Technologies as a Sales Agent Representative, where they implemented strategies and developed relationships with new clients, consistently exceeding sales goals.

In 2017, Silvia joined Santiago Ways and held multiple roles. As an Operations Analyst, they focused on continuous improvement of procedures and management of contracted services. Silvia Marcela was then promoted to Assistant Operations Manager, where they maintained supplier relationships and trained team members. Eventually, they became the Finance Operations Manager, where they controlled profit margins and organized the operations team.

Silvia Marcela then moved on to Postillion Hotels in 2021, working as an Administrateur. Silvia Marcela'sresponsibilities included managing internal and external subjects in terms of debtors and creditors, executing daily procedures, and controlling suspense accounts.

Most recently, Silvia joined Mysolution in 2022 as a Finance Administrator. The details of their role are currently ongoing. Overall, Silvia has demonstrated a strong background in finance administration, operations management, sales, and customer service throughout their career.

From 2020 to 2021, Silvia studied Financial Management & Management Control at EAE Business School, specializing in Accounting and Finance.

During the same period, they also pursued a degree in Dutch as a Foreign Language at Holland Academy, focusing on Dutch/Flemish Language and Literature.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2017, Silvia obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business/International Trade from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
