Al Sabtal

Al Sabtal is a Human Resource Manager at MySource Solutions since February 2020, responsible for strategic planning in staffing, conducting interviews, and promoting a productive work environment. Previous roles at MySource Solutions include Human Resources Coordinator, Employee Success and Payroll Coordinator, and Account Manager, where responsibilities ranged from reviewing candidate qualifications to ensuring employee compensation accuracy. Al Sabtal also served as an Administrative Professional and Marketing Consultant at Author Solutions PH and Convergys, respectively. Al holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Diploma of Education from Western Mindanao State University, alongside a High School Diploma from Zamboanga City State Polytechnic College.
