Leon Holloway

Leon Holloway is Vice President of Team Member Services and a member of the Senior Management Team for Duncan Aviation. Leon's areas of responsibility include all core functions of Human Resources and Professional Development & Training enterprise-wide.

As a Senior Management member, Leon contributes directly to the organization's long- and short-term strategic objectives while maximizing organizational effectiveness.

Leon has more than 18+ years of leading human resources. Before joining Duncan Aviation, he was the Director of Human Resources for Even Temp, a renewable energy manufacturer of St. Croix pellet stoves and furnaces, and earlier in his career, he held leadership positions as an IT Supervisor for Metro Group, a direct-marketing company.
