Carol Gordon

Carol Gordon is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience at IBM since July 1995, currently serving as Vice President of the Global HR Partner Organization. Throughout her tenure, Carol has held multiple vice president roles across various divisions, including Human Resources for IBM Software and IBM Global Technology Services, and has been responsible for global talent acquisition strategies and HR leadership in the Financial Services sector. Additionally, Carol currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for MyStandard. Carol's career began as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Navy from September 1986 to May 1995, complemented by a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honors degree from Loughborough University.
