Arun Koshy is a senior engineer at Mysten Labs. Arun previously worked at Google from May 2014 to January 2022, where they launched several major features across YouTube's copyright systems and creator studio platform. Arun also implemented integration testing infrastructure and frameworks for generating complex data entities used by over 5000+ tests across YouTube. Additionally, they designed and implemented the standardization of data pipelines at YouTube and built customizable environments that can be brought up on demand and access any shared environment across the YouTube stack.

Before working at Google, Koshy interned at Microsoft from June 2012 to August 2012 as a software development engineer in test. There, they ensured the quality of the PowerPoint product by making sure it performed as users expected it to. Arun also worked closely with program managers and software development engineers to design, develop, and maintain automation systems for use in development and testing cycles. Additionally, they utilized and created testing tools to help analyze source code for trouble spots, debug and isolate problems, and execute creative tests to find new bugs while regression testing recent fixes.

Arun Koshy has a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science and Engineering from Santa Clara University as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science and Engineering from the same school. Their high school was Mission San Jose High School.
