Tasos has a wealth of experience in designing and implementing software infrastructure. At Quizedia, they led the architectural design of a service-oriented back-end system that supported horizontal scaling. Tasos was also responsible for DevOps infrastructure, concurrency, performance, optimized network communication, service discovery & gossip protocols, and ranking & matching algorithms.

At Mysten Labs, Tasos is continuing their work in designing and developing high-performance distributed systems. Tasos is also contributing to the company's architectural design, implementation, scaling, and performance tuning.

Tasos Kichidis holds an MSc in Computer Science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) with a focus on Networks, Communications & System Architectures. Tasos also holds a BSc in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia, where they majored in Computer Science. In addition, Tasos is certified as a Corda Certified Developer from R3.
