Will Riches

Will Riches is an experienced professional in developer relations, currently serving as the Developer Relations Lead for EMEA at Mysten Labs since June 2025. Prior to this role, Will held various positions at the Sui Foundation, including Head of Developer Relations, Engineering Manager for Developer Relations, and Senior Developer Relations Engineer from January 2023 to June 2025. Will's career also includes notable roles at Mysten Labs as a Senior Developer Relations Engineer and at Chia Network as a Developer Relations Manager. Will's earlier experience spans security research and development roles at CUING Foundation and Confidential, along with a tenure as an Actuarial Analyst at Capita Life & Pensions. Will holds a degree from the University of Warwick, completed in 2008, and attended The Judd School from 1998 to 2005.
