Claire Leichter

Claire Leichter has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Claire started their career as a User Experience Design Intern at Fidelity Investments in 2011. Claire then worked as an Ecology Teacher's Assistant at the American Museum of Natural History in 2012. In 2013, they served as a Health and Wellness Designer at HealthFinders Collaborative, Inc. Claire then worked as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Colombia from 2014 to 2015. Claire also had a research intern role at The Stone Clinic in 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Teacher Team Lead at Mystery.org, where they led a team of teachers. Claire then transitioned to a role as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for improving user experience, retention, and growth. In 2018, Claire became a Lead Product Designer at Mystery.org, and in 2022, they were promoted to Senior Product Design Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Product Design at Mystery.org. In 2020, they briefly worked as a Director of Product Design at Discovery Education.

Claire Leichter earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology from Carleton College in the years 2010 to 2014. In 2016, they studied User Experience Design at General Assembly. Claire also attended the School for International Training in 2012, where they focused on Ecology and Spanish. Prior to college, they completed their high school education at Wayland High School from 2006 to 2010.
