Amy Cataldo has a strong background in social work and case management, with a focus on supporting elderly and disabled adults. Amy has experience overseeing diverse and multilingual teams, providing advocacy, care coordination, and support to Medicaid/Medicare eligible individuals. Amy has managed partnerships with insurance plans and community partners, ensuring the successful implementation of integrated care programs. Prior to their role at Mystic Valley Elder Services, Amy worked as a Mini Team facilitator at Vinfen Corporation, overseeing outreach workers and clinicians providing psychiatric rehabilitative counseling and case management. Amy also served as a Benefits Coordinator, assisting individuals with navigating various public benefits programs. Amy has additional experience as a Case Manager at Eliot Community Human Services and as a Transitional Age Specialist/Assistant Program Director at North American Family Institute, Inc.

Amy Cataldo has a diverse education history. Amy began their academic journey at Montserrat College of Art from 1998 to 2000, where they focused on Fine and Studio Arts. Amy then pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management at Northern Essex Community College from 2000 to 2002. Amy continued their education at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from 2004 to 2010. Their major was History, and they also completed a minor in Business. To further enhance their knowledge, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Criminology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2011 to 2013. Amy attended the Merrimack College, Corporate Education and Training in 2018, where they completed the Leadership and Management Development Program. In 2021, Amy pursued additional education at Fitchburg State University. Amy earned a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Management, specializing in Behavioral Health in Aging & Interdisciplinary Care Teams. Concurrently, Amy also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Healthcare Management at Fitchburg State University, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
