Sean Hubacz started their work experience in 1996 as an Accounting Manager at Boston Senior Home Care. After serving in that role for five years, they became the Director of Finance at Mystic Valley Elder Services in 2001, where they currently hold the position.

Sean Hubacz attended Malden Catholic High School from 1986 to 1990. Sean then went on to study Accounting at Bentley University from 1990 to 1994.

Founded in 1975, Mystic Valley Elder Services is a non-profit agency that provides essential home- and community-based care and resources to more than 20,000 elders, adults living with disabilities, and caregivers annually living in 11 communities north of Boston and beyond. Services include coordination of home care support, transportation, Meals on Wheels, and information and advice.
