Ynes Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ynes began their career as an Accounts Manager at FitzGerald Law Company, specializing in Immigration, Criminal, and Personal Injury Law in Boston, MA. Ynes then transitioned to Cambridge Health Alliance, where they served as a Program Liaison for a period of 5 years. Most recently, Ynes Hernandez has been working at Mystic Valley Elder Services in the role of a Community Benefits and Outreach Specialist/SHINE Counselor. Alongside their main role, Ynes is also a certified SHINE and Massachusetts Health Connector/MassHealth Application Counselor.
Ynes Hernandez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Management from Northeastern University. This educational achievement took place between 2012 and 2015.

Founded in 1975, Mystic Valley Elder Services is a non-profit agency that provides essential home- and community-based care and resources to more than 20,000 elders, adults living with disabilities, and caregivers annually living in 11 communities north of Boston and beyond. Services include coordination of home care support, transportation, Meals on Wheels, and information and advice.
