Hari Krishnan

Hari Krishnan began their career in 2017 as an Office Administrator at EKK Infrastructure Ltd, where they were responsible for acting as a primary liaison between the company, staff and office building management, providing information, answering questions and responding to requests. Hari also handled clerical duties that involved the ordering of equipments, office supplies and other inventories that were required, as well as maintaining contact with clients and following up on requirements and converting customer enquiry into sale.

In 2018, Hari Krishnan took on the role of Operations Executive at SKKYN - The Car Shine App, where they managed operations involving assigning and monitoring orders, transportation and stock control. Hari also prepared regular reports on various operations and evaluated processes as per business requirements, as well as building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Most recently, in 2020, Hari Krishnan became a Senior Operations Specialist at MySyara. In this role, they were responsible for contributing operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing productivity, quality and customer-service standards, and resolving problems. Hari was also responsible for handling the entire operations (on demand orders), revenue growth, process improvements, fleet maintenance and reducing the operational costs, as well as interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience, handling escalations and conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the company's services need improvements.

Hari Krishnan attended Infant Jesus Anglo-Indian School from 2002 to 2012. Hari then went on to attend S N Trusts Higher Secondary School from 2012 to 2014, and ultimately obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Fatima Mata National College, Kollam in 2017.
