Nitish Bugalia

Nitish Bugalia has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Nitish started their career in 2010 as a QA and Test Engineer at Infosys, where they worked with clients such as AG Insurance and Swiss Re. Nitish demonstrated leadership skills, monitored team progress, and logged numerous critical and major defects. Nitish also gained experience in database management and integration.

In 2011, Nitish worked as a Quantitative Ability Trainer at Jamboree Education Private Limited, where they helped students prepare for their exams.

Nitish then joined The University of Arizona as a Graduate Assistant in 2013, where they served as a teaching assistant.

Later in 2013, Nitish worked as a BI Consultant at Levementum, where they created data warehouse schemas, reports, and dashboards. Nitish also played a pivotal role in developing a SugarCRM-GoodData connector for ETL pipelines. Nitish contributed to client pitches for GoodData-based BI solutions.

In 2014, Nitish joined Capital One as a Sr. Data Analyst, where they delivered targeted marketing campaigns, analyzed data, managed a team, and created automated ETL pipelines.

In 2020, Nitish became a member of the angel group at Digital Futurists Angels Private Limited.

Currently, since April 2019, Nitish serves as the Head of Product and Strategy at MyTeam11 Fantasy Sports. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Operations Officer. In these positions, they have been responsible for product management, strategy development, creating product visions and roadmaps, and driving adoption and delivery of products.

Throughout their career, Nitish has demonstrated strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a passion for driving product innovation and business growth.

Nitish Bugalia completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information System at the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended the University of Rajasthan from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics & Communication Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Nitish also achieved several certifications. This includes certifications in Reproducible Research, Exploratory Data Analysis, Getting and Cleaning Data, and R Programming, all obtained from Johns Hopkins University on Coursera in 2015. Nitish also holds an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services, achieved in October 2016, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2016.
