Gurkan Aykas

Gurkan Aykas has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Gurkan began their career in 1994 as an Account Supervisor at Mohikan International Services, where they stayed until 1999. Gurkan then joined Airport Management & Aeronautical Industries Inc. in 2000 as a Ground Handling Services Planning Specialist and later became the Manager of the Account Receivables Department. In 2005, Gurkan joined Li & Fung Limited as a Senior Accountant before moving on to AMS Aviation Management Solutions Ltd in 2006, where they served as the Finance Director for over six years. Currently, Gurkan is the Director of Accounting & Finance at myTECHNIC, a position they have held since 2013.

Gurkan Aykas completed their high school education at Darussafaka High School from 1987 to 1993, with a focus on Mathematics. Subsequently, they pursued their undergraduate degree in Philosophy at Boğaziçi University from 1993 to 1999.
