Michael G. Lobel obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), cum laude, in American Studies and Game Studies from Northwestern University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Prior to their college education, they completed their high school education at Winston Churchill High School between 2003 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained several certifications including an Instructor Certification from Zen Hapkido in October 2020, a 1st Degree Black Belt from the Bong Soo Han International Hapkido Federation in October 2019, and another 1st Degree Black Belt from the World Mudo Federation in July 2005.
