Jen McCullough

Jen McCullough has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jen worked as a Commercial Director at Myth Digital, a digital design and development studio, starting in September 2023. Prior to this, from May 2020 to October 2023, they held the position of Business Development & Project Manager at the same company.

Before joining Myth Digital, Jen worked as a Fund Administrator at Techstart Ventures LLP from July 2017 to June 2019. Techstart Ventures LLP is a seed investment partner in Northern Ireland. Jen was responsible for assisting in the delivery of the £3.6m Proof of Concept Fund, supporting entrepreneurs in proving the commercial viability or technical feasibility of their concepts.

From October 2014 to June 2017, Jen served as a Fund Administrator at Pentech Ventures LLP. Prior to that, they worked at Youth Initiatives NI, starting in June 2010 and ending in September 2014. Their role there was Grant and Finance Administrator, where they provided financial and administrative support for projects, managed budgets and compliance, organized events, coordinated inquiries, and assisted the Director and Management team.

Jen McCullough completed their BSc Business Studies degree at Ulster University from 2008 to 2012. Jen also earned a Diploma in Professional Practice from Ulster University in 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Grosvenor Grammar School from 2001 to 2008.
