Monika Szymanska - Chachula

Monika Szymanska - Chachula is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in UI and graphic design. Currently serving as the Head of UI Design at Mytheresa, Monika leads a team of UI designers, focusing on product design and cross-department collaboration to enhance customer experience. Prior to this role, Monika was a Senior User Interface Designer at Mytheresa, where responsibilities included developing digital concepts, visual designs, and style guides. Monika has also worked as a graphic designer for notable clients such as Kathmandu Ltd, Zalando SE, and Red Pineapple Media, undertaking diverse projects from corporate design to digital campaigns. An educator at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz, Monika holds a Master's degree in Graphics and Paintings from the same institution.
