Ahmad Harwin Nugroho has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Ahmad Harwin began their career as a Research Intern at PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Indonesian Aerospace) in 2017. Following this, they worked as a Student Laboratory Assistant at the Photonics Engineering Laboratory from an unspecified start date in 2016 until 2018.

Ahmad Harwin attended the institute from 2013 to 2018. In addition, they obtained ASNT NDT Level II Certifications in Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (PT) from the Department of Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding Engineering, Faculty of Marine Technology, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember in January 2019.
