In 2012, they joined PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara as an Independent Commissioner. Peterson Joe later became a Commissioner at PT. Dana Bagus Indonesia (BAGUS GROUP) in 2017. Peterson has also founded several companies, including Critical Forge in 2016, User Inspired in 2009, Stamps Indonesia in 2013, and Batavian Studio in 2015, where they worked as an Executive Producer until 2016. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Consultant at New Sector Alliance and Symantec in 2009 and 2007, respectively. Peterson Joe also held multiple positions at PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara, including General Management, VP of Eastern Indonesian Division, Senior Information Technology Manager, HR Manager, and Account Officer from 2002 to 2007.
Peterson Joe H. has a diverse educational background. Peterson Joe first pursued higher education at Brown University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business/Managerial Economics. Following this, they enrolled at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
In terms of certifications, Peterson Joe H. received a certification in Risk Management from Risk Advisory & Performance in 2015. Additionally, they achieved the Certified in Algorand Blockchain Technology (CeABT) certification from Algorand in November 2021. Furthermore, they hold a Diploma in Insurance (Dip. CII) awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2007.
