Lihui Xu

Lihui Xu is a seasoned professional in the field of antibody engineering and biotherapeutics, currently serving as the Director of Antibody Engineering at Mythic Therapeutics, Inc. since January 2022, where efforts are focused on advancing ADC technology. Previously, Lihui Xu held the position of Associate Director of Biotherapeutics Discovery at Palleon Pharmaceuticals, leading initiatives on the PD-L1-Targeted Sialidase project and managing multiple antibody campaigns. Prior to that, Lihui Xu worked at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals as Associate Director and Antibody Technology Team Leader, overseeing antibody generation and optimization for various biotherapeutic projects. Early career experience includes roles at Phylos Inc. focused on mRNA display and protein engineering, as well as research positions at the University of Pennsylvania and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, concentrating on gene expression and protein-related techniques.
