Harshil Shah

Harshil Shah has worked in various roles in the field of AI and Machine Learning. In 2022, they began working as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer at Mythic, where they worked on object-detection and classification training pipelines in Python using PyTorch and ONNX. Harshil optimized inference pipelines by using multi-threaded pipelines for different stages of inference (C++). From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at eInfochips (An Arrow Company), where they developed a robust end-to-end machine learning/deep learning pipeline for image classification problem using Tensorflow and Keras in Python. Harshil also participated in creating a strategy to capture image datasets that adds generalization and avoids bias. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Research Assistant, C and Python Programmer at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they developed a Python script that parses the XML file containing the signals of different power models and developed C code for different models for Smart Grid project. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Embedded System Intern at Samyak Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd., where they worked on a project named Management of Utility Resources. Harshil designed a 2-layered PCB using Or-CAD and interfaced multiple components to the Renesas RL78/G13 microcontroller such as Hall Effect Sensor and Flow Sensor.

Harshil Shah has a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, which they obtained between 2016 and 2018. Harshil also has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the L.D. College of Engineering, which they obtained between 2012 and 2016. In addition, Shah has obtained several certifications, including Machine Learning from Coursera in December 2018, Mastering RTOS: Hands on with FreeRTOS, Arduino and STM32Fx from Udemy in April 2018, Introduction to Embedded Systems Software and Development Environments from Coursera in March 2018, BSNL Platinum Certified Engineer from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in July 2015, BSNL Gold Certified Engineer from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in January 2015, and BSNL Silver Certified Engineer from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in July 2014.
