Ilya Perminov has been working in the technology industry since 1993. Ilya began their career as a Researcher at ISPRAS, then moved to Jet Infosystems as a Software Developer in 1997. In 2003, they became a Senior Software Developer at Logical Software Corporation. In 2007, they joined D-Wave Systems Inc. as a Principal Software Developer. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as a Senior Staff AI Engineer at Mythic.
Ilya Perminov obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) between 1987 and 1993.
