Mytochondria is an African regenerative agriculture company working to improve food security, soil health, and climate resilience at scale.

We help farmers and institutions make better field-level decisions by combining satellite data, agronomy, and precision agriculture principles to assess soil health, water stress, nutrient balance, and crop performance. These insights are translated into practical guidance that helps farmers increase yields, reduce input waste, conserve water, and restore degraded soils, without relying on costly on-farm hardware.

Our work supports small and medium-scale farmers, cooperatives, NGOs, and public programs focused on sustainable food systems. By prioritizing soil regeneration and decision-making, we enable climate-resilient farming that is affordable, scalable, and grounded in real field conditions.

Mytochondria’s mission is to make Africa more food-secure, climate-resilient, and prosperous by restoring the foundation of agriculture: the soil. Our work aligns with SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption), and SDG 13 (Climate Action).

We are building the quiet infrastructure behind better farming decisions, technology that listens to the land.
