Jairo "JC" Carrion has a diverse background in leadership roles within various companies and organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member and President Elect at NHRA | Orange County Affiliate, JC also founded myTOD, LLC. With experience in executive roles at Eastridge Workforce Solutions and McDermott + Bull Executive Search, JC has a strong foundation in workforce recruitment. Additionally, JC has served as a Board Advisor at Transformative Leadership at University of California Riverside. A graduate of UC Irvine with a degree in Biology, JC has a solid educational background to complement their professional experiences.
