Jean-Baptiste Coudray has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. Jean-Baptiste began their career as a Project Manager Intern at Cookie Kingdom Inc, where they were involved in the implementation of an ERP system. In 2016, they interned at Air France, gaining experience in operational performance. Later that year, they joined FedEx Express as an Industrial Engineer, specializing in planning and engineering. Jean-Baptiste'sresponsibilities included operations planning, staffing, activity forecasting, and managing projects such as application development and the introduction of new equipment. In 2019, they joined Cubyn as an Operations Project Manager, before moving on to MyTower the same year. At MyTower, they have held various roles, starting as a Transport, Customs & Trade Consultant, then progressing to Manager Customs & Trade Consulting, and currently serving as Director Customs & Trade Consulting.

Jean-Baptiste Coudray has a strong education history, beginning with their Baccalauréat degree in S-SVT Spécialité Sciences Physiques from Lycée Hoche in 2011.
