Hugues R. has a diverse range of work experience. Hugues started their career as a Supply Chain operator at Castorama France in 2018. Hugues then became the Treasurer of Mines Nancy's Student Union, where they managed the budget and oversaw various clubs. In 2019, Hugues worked as a Financial Auditor Intern at KPMG France, focusing on the retail sector.

In 2020, Hugues joined Data2Decisions as a Data Scientist Intern, where they analyzed conversion paths of clients and developed a data-processing interface. Hugues then worked as a Data Scientist at ArcelorMittal France in 2021, where they developed machine learning models and implemented ETL processes for steel production data.

Hugues later joined Sia Partners as a Consultant Data Engineer in 2021, where they worked on applications for the aviation industry and developed web scraping scripts for market research in the automotive sector. Currently, they are a Data Engineer at Mytraffic, starting in 2022.

Hugues R. began their education at Blanche de Castille - Etablissement scolaire from 2008 to 2015, where they obtained their High School leaving diploma with a focus on sciences. Hugues then attended Lycée Louis Pasteur from 2015 to 2017, specializing in advanced mathematics and sciences. Moving on to higher education, Hugues attended Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued interdisciplinary engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in May 2022. Hugues also acquired the HSK 2 certification from Hanban Confucius Institute in June 2019, and the IELTS 7.5/9 certification from the British Council in June 2018.
