Sébastien Diemer began their work experience in 2008 as a research intern at UC Berkeley, where they contributed to the floating sensor network project. In 2009, they joined EDF R&D as a research intern, focusing on optimization and machine learning for electricity production management. Later that year, they also started working at AREVA NP as an instrumentation and control engineer, designing computerized systems for nuclear power plants. In 2013, Sébastien became a PhD student at MINES ParisTech, specializing in algorithms for coordinating automated vehicles while minimizing travel time and traffic congestion. During this time, they also served as a teaching assistant for computer science classes. In 2014, they joined Polyconseil as a lead developer, and in 2019, they became the CTO of MyTraffic.
Sébastien Diemer pursued their education in a sequential manner, beginning in 2001. Sébastien attended Lycée Hoche, where they completed their Baccalauréat and Classes préparatoires MPSI/MP* from 2001 to 2006. During this time, their field of study focused on Mathematics and Physics.
Following their time at Lycée Hoche, Sébastien Diemer enrolled at l'Ecole des Mines de Paris, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Sébastien successfully obtained a degree in Engineering, specializing in Applied Mathematics.
