Sivanes Balakrishnan

Sivanes Balakrishnan is currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at myTukar since October 2021. Prior to this, Sivanes worked as a Program Manager in the Automotive Industry at TDCX from July 2019 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes being a Senior Team Lead for Customer Identification at PayPal from August 2017 to June 2019 and a Team Lead for Customer Fulfillment at American Express from November 2010 to July 2017.
