Reuben Wood-Berghan

Reuben Wood-Berghan has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 2010, they served as the Training and Technology Manager at Maven Managed Services Ltd, where they successfully managed a database integration project for the Retail Meat Training Organisation. From 2014 to 2018, Reuben worked at Hays, initially as a Report Writer, then as a Reporting Business Analyst, and finally as a Business Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for designing and implementing internal reporting initiatives and supporting accounting software. Reuben also undertook the role of the Product Owner, driving discovery workshops and designing user interfaces. In 2018, Reuben worked as a Business Analyst at Victoria University of Wellington, where they collaborated with various stakeholder groups to deliver collaborative business solutions using Microsoft's Office 365 platform. Reuben then moved to Paperhat, Ltd. in 2018, where they served as a Frontend Developer and later as a Tech Lead for the HAT Teams project, building JavaScript applications for local charities. Reuben joined Bank of New Zealand in 2019, initially as a Frontend Developer and later as a Senior Developer. Reuben played a key role in front-end development and also guided developers through the software development lifecycle. Lastly, in 2022, Reuben joined MyWave.AI as a Senior Frontend Developer.
