Adam Floyd

Adam Floyd currently serves as Vice President and Managing Director in the Corrections sector at both Esperta Health and MyWoundDoctor since January 2024. Previously, Adam held the position of Director of Operations at Velox Operations for a brief period in 2023, where Adam established HR, Administration, and Operational procedures for a healthcare startup. From August 2021 to January 2023, Adam worked as a Senior Associate at Korn Ferry, focusing on executive talent recruitment in the healthcare industry and contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Adam's experience also includes roles as Program Analyst at Pioneering Evolution, LLC, and various positions in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing military training programs to managing operational functions and logistics. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
