Sabrina Sonnenberg

Sabrina Sonnenberg has a work experience history spanning several years. Sabrina started their career as a Sales Assistant at Escape Fitness in January 2015 and later became a Sales Project Manager in October 2015. Sabrina held this position until December 2018. From January 2019 to January 2023, Sabrina worked as a Business Development Executive for Germany at Escape Fitness. Sabrina then joined Myzone® in February 2023 as a Business Development Manager for DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Prior to their time at Escape Fitness, Sabrina worked as a Fitnessökonomin at Gerry's Fitness GmbH from September 2009 to December 2014.

Sabrina Sonnenberg has a diverse education history in the fields of sport management, fitness economics, and workplace health management. Sabrina obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fitnessökonomie from Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Sportmanagement from Hochschule Schmalkalden, completing their studies from 2013 to 2017. Sabrina completed a certification in Projektkoordination in der betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung from IST-Hochschule für Management in September 2022. Sabrina also completed certifications in Psychosoziale Gesundheit im Betrieb, Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement from IST-Hochschule für Management in September 2022 and May 2022 respectively.
