Andrew Mills has a long and varied work experience. Andrew began their career in 2001 as a Software Developer Engineer at Microsoft, where they worked until 2002. In 2003, they took a position as a Researcher at the Center for Communication Research, and also worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin. In 2004, they began working as a Software Engineer at ETP Solutions. In 2006, they moved to Lifesize Communications as a Software Engineer, and in 2007 they became the Chief Technical Officer at QCue. In 2009, they returned to Digital Proctor as the Chief Technical Officer. In 2011, they began working as a Portfolio Manager at Tower Research Capital, and in 2015 they became the CEO of New Amsterdam Genomics, the world's premier DNA test.
Andrew Mills holds a PhD in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, and Physics from Caltech.
