Jamie Duncan

Jamie Duncan currently serves as the APAC Customer Success & Growth Sales Leader at N-able, a position held since October 2023, focusing on innovative software solutions and partnerships to enhance customer success. Previously, Jamie was with Dell Technologies from February 2006 to 2023, where roles included APAC Customer Success Leader and Senior Manager for Australia & New Zealand Customer Success Account Management Services, leading initiatives to drive customer success and digital transformation across various regions. Jamie's earlier experience includes positions at AMEC as Support Manager and Boyd Napier LLP as IT Manager, where responsibilities encompassed service delivery, technical support, and IT management. Jamie holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Multimedia Technology from Glasgow Caledonian University.
