Jerel Howland

Jerel Howland began their work experience in 1999 as a Network Tech for the City of Apple Valley, where they provided support for internal systems, configured servers and networking systems, and maintained the day-to-day operation of servers, networks, and workstations. Jerel then worked at Synergy Services, Inc. as a Chief Engineer from 2001 to 2013, where they provided technical direction to customers, implemented new technologies, and resolved issues. From 2013 to 2017, Jerel served as the Chief Engineer at Mytech Partners, where they continued to provide technical direction to customers and internal operations. Jerel then became the Director of Technical Solutions at Mytech Partners from 2017 to 2019, responsible for maintaining product offerings and standards. From 2019 to 2023, Jerel served as the Chief Technology Officer at Mytech Partners, leading technical solutions, go-to-market technologies, security posture, and internal IT strategy. Currently, they are the Principal Product Manager at N-able.

Jerel Howland attended the University of Minnesota from 1996 to 1998, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Jerel later obtained certifications in "PMC Level II" from Pragmatic Institute and "Transitioning to Product Management" from LinkedIn in 2023.
