Mina Cipre

Mina Cipre is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People Technology at N-able since September 2017, Mina previously held the position of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to N-able, Mina was the Head of Human Resources Employee Services and Business Partnership at Sumifru (Philippines) Corporation, overseeing HR services including Compensation and Payroll. Experience also includes significant roles within the Magsaysay Group of Companies, where Mina developed career development programs and led HR and Corporate Services initiatives. Mina holds an ongoing Global HR Leaders Program from NUS Business School and has earned a Master's in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
