Caroline Blower

Caroline Blower is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in risk management and finance transformation. Currently working at N Brown Group in risk reporting since November 2021, Caroline previously held key positions at Sainsbury's Bank as Argos Financial Services Business Risk Manager and at Sainsbury's Argos as Project Manager, where delivery of the Risk Management Framework was a significant achievement. Caroline's career also includes a substantial tenure at RSA, where roles ranged from Strategic Finance Change Lead overseeing a Finance Transformation Programme to Head of UK Finance Change, managing a portfolio of approximately 85 projects. Earlier experience includes financial roles at Mast Group Ltd, British Aerospace Military Aircraft Division, and Amoco UK Exploration Company. Caroline holds a Business Studies BA Hons degree and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
