Vicky Bond

Vicky Bond is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and operational support. Currently serving as the Head of Competence and First Line Risk at N Brown Group since August 2021, Vicky previously held the position of First Line Risk Manager at the same company. Prior to that, Vicky worked as a Risk & Assurance Consultant at RSA and as a Risk Manager at Capita Remediation Services, where Vicky developed and implemented operational risk management frameworks and drove the Risk Management Programme. Vicky's career began at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where Vicky provided regulatory relations support and programme and operational support. Vicky's educational background includes attendance at Southport College and Burscough Priory Science College.
