Ekaterina Davydova

Ekaterina Davydova is an experienced service manager with a strong background in hospitality management. Currently serving as the Service Manager and Housekeeping Manager at N-Clean since October 2016, Ekaterina plays a key role in organizing the recruitment and training of asylum seekers from Ukraine. Previously, Ekaterina worked as the Assistant Style Manager, overseeing daily operations within the housekeeping department, managing new employee supervision, and ensuring quality service. Prior experience includes serving as the Housekeeping Service Manager at Sokotel Oy, where responsibilities encompassed developing departmental strategies, managing customer feedback, and enhancing staff motivation. Ekaterina's early career included roles as a Marketing Trainee at Radio Sputnik and an Office Assistant at Bair-Travels Oy. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on innovation management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a Cambridge AICE Diploma.
