Jeff Richecky

Jeff Richecky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer service. Since August 2010, Jeff has been serving as a Project Manager at ReyDean Designs, specializing in developing a web presence for individuals and small businesses. Concurrently, Jeff has been a Program Specialist at N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, Inc. since March 2010, providing expert advice to customer care representatives and managing escalated customer communications. Previously, Jeff held the position of Front Desk Manager at Ramada Inn from March 2009 to September 2009, where responsibilities included supervising front desk staff, overseeing billing and accounting issues, and fostering a positive environment for guests and team members.
