Neffer Arce

Neffer Arce has extensive experience in customer support and technical roles, currently serving at AWS Amazon Web Services as a Premium Support representative since January 2018. Concurrently, Neffer Arce has been a Customer Care Representative at National Electronics Warranty since January 2011 and a Warehouse Associate at Amazon.com since November 2009. Prior work experience includes a position as a cargo office agent at Air France KLM from August 2009 to January 2011. Neffer Arce holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Network and System Administration from Stratford University (2007-2009) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal (1974-1982), along with additional education in networking and security at Stratford University.
