Rivera Rosa possesses extensive experience in customer service management, particularly in the field of extended warranties in Puerto Rico, serving as an RSM at N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, Inc. since May 2008. Prior to this role, Rivera held the position of CPA at Gulf South Contractor Inc. from January 2001 to May 2008. Rivera holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from New York University, earned between 1975 and 1983.
